Some headbands can go in the washing machine, braided headbands, cloth headbands and some printed headbands.  Do not put the sequin headbands in the washing machine.

You cannot wash the bows.

Yes, I do lots of weddings.  I can coordinate everything for your bridal party from their hair accessories and flower girls baskets, to the flip flops for your bridal party’s spa day.

I would be happy to make a headband to match your daughter’s uniform.  Just send me some of the fabric that matches.  I’ve made them out of the extra fabric off the bottom of the uniform.   If you want a headband about an inch wide send me a piece of fabric 2 inches wide by 17 inches long.  If you want a wider headband send me a piece of fabric 4 inches wide by 17 inches long.  The headbands cost $12 + shipping.  Please include with the fabric, your name, address and telephone number and a valid credit card number.

I make hair accessories for all kinds of teams.  I've made ponytail bows for softball and volleyball teams.  I've made cheer bows and competition bows for different cheer teams. 

The standard clip is a large alligator clip.  It works really great for girls with fine hair (like my daughter’s).  If your daughter’s hair is super fine take some of the hair, give it a little twist, then clip to the twisted hair and some of her other hair.  If your daughter is very young and you are just doing a little spout on the top of her hair, you can just give her hair a twist and clip on or use an Ouchless rubber band and then clip on.

I test all the clips before I use them to make your hair accessories, so a clip breaking is very rare.  But if this does happen you can send your bow in to the Bow Hospital.  We’ll do our best to clean up your bow and replace the clip.  At this time the Hospital cost just $1 + shipping.  We’ll fix it right up for you.

I work hard to bring you the finest quality hair accessories and I want my customers to be happy.  That is how I have developed such a large and devoted following.  But if you do not like your bow for some reason you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date with a 20% restocking fee.   (This does not apply to custom orders.)

I work hard to make sure that this never happens.  It is highly unlikely that this will occur, but I have to think of every contingency.  If your product is defective do to our mistake, we will replace the defective one, or give you full credit for the price of your item if returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
